HUD not always appears on PokerStars

Hi,

I am having trouble with getting HUD to work on PokerStars.
It is working fine when I play zoom but regular tables seem random when they work and when they don't.
Most of the time I don't see a hud running on regular tables. Under import status it is showing one table that is importing while I play another table and it is not importing hand from the other. Also it says importing hands on a table but the HUD is not showing. I see from pokerstars side all the hand histories are showing up in the HH folder. So the problem must be with PT4. Any ideas?

I don't know the specifics of your configuration but the Zoom HUD can display even if things aren't configured correctly to import hands but that isn't the case for regular tables. Also a limited number of observed hands can import from regular tables but for the HUD to work on all tables everything must be configured correctly to import hands from your PokerStars folder. Where is PokerStars saving your hands? Is PokerTracker 4 configured to import from that folder? Is 'Get Hands From Site While Playing' option enabled for PokerStars in PokerTracker 4?

If you are sure things are configured correctly and it's still not working then this might be caused by a configuration issue elsewhere or a database issue so if that's the case turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on a regular table with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active, take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and advise you accordingly.
