HORSE tournament cash not showing up in PT

[Brokenghost]

Hi guys,

I just came third in a HORSE tournament on Stars. Poker Tracker records the tournament, but does not record the win for me and instead marks it as a loss (it's the first row in the image below). What's the deal? I've been having similar issues with satellite tournament wins not being counted as a cash. Is it possible my settings are wrong? Other tournament wins are coming through as normal. Very confusing - any help appreciated.

Please attach your PokerStars hand history and tournament summary file for this HORSE tournament to a Support Ticket so we can take a look at this. Thank you.

I've done so - thanks.
