HUD not showing in PS

Hi all,

I'm a new PT4 user and I having some issues to make the HUD works.
I first tried yesterday in a cash game and it worked fine after the 1st hand.
Today I tried again in a zoom cash session, the upper icon from PT4 appeared but no HUD. After a while a message appeared saying that wasn't possible to set the HUD.
Then I tried a regular cash game (no zoom). There were no HUD nor icon from PT4.
I noticed that the hands been imported are take very long to appear (over 15 minutes) and the 'active tables' takes even longer to update. I imagine that this may be the reason the HUD is not appearing in PS.

Any thoughts, suggestion or comments?

That sounds like a configuration or a database issue. In PokerTracker 4 click 'Database -> Database Management', click your database then 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't resolve the problem then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described by playing on a table for a few minutes and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where we can check your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
