Bom dia, estou tendo erro nas estatiscas no pokerstars.com, no pokerstars.ES esta funcionando corretamente. o erro que estou enfrentando e o seguinte: as estatisticas demoram muito a aparecer, tem casos que nem aparece e outros casos aparecem todas em branco, quando funciona ela esta errada, tipo no meu hud eu uso as estatiscas do hero e nao estao aparecendo mais, quando troca de mesa tb demoram a voltar e as vezes nao voltam a aparecer. ja reinstalei e nao corrigiu. alguem pode ajudar?

So we can find out what's causing that please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble:

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Nos meus momentos livres, gosto de me divertir com gta rp é uma forma de relaxar e mergulhar em outro mundo. Para quem também curte esse universo, recomendo conhecer o programa de afiliados deles, uma ótima chance de unir hobby e renda extra.

Também tô com esse mesmo problema no, as stats do HUD tão todas bugadas. Valeu demais pela dica do log :)

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so hand histories need to be saved in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History) and the PokerStars client needs to be running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English). If you have any further trouble please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on a table with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active, take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot & support bundle to a Support Ticket including a detailed description of the issue:
