Latest version 4.18.14 super slow

Earlier today the support provided me some postgresql customized settings and that fixed the issue.

I could post them but I am not sure whether it's personalized or not. I mean, for my PC setup only. Let's wait for a mod to post

For anyone experiencing an issue after the tuning please try the following:

1. Go to this page and enter the following details:

DB version (this is your PostgreSQL version number e.g. 12 or 16)
OS Type (Windows)
DB Type (Desktop application)
Total Memory (RAM)
Data Storage (SSD or HDD)

When that's done click 'Generate' and then 'Copy configuration'.

2. Open Windows File explorer and go to: C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\x\data where 'x' is your PostgreSQL version.

3. Locate the file named postgresql.conf, right-click and open with Notepad.

4. In Notepad, scroll to the very bottom of the file and paste the configuration copied from the end of step 1.

5. Click 'File -> Save' and close Notepad.

6. In PokerTracker 4 go to 'Database -> Database Management'. Click the "Restart Service" button which will restart PostgreSQL with the new configuration.

i have done all the steps but its still slow and i can not see huds on tables

I have also done the steps. Still much slower than normal but I can see the hud now.

If you don't have a large database then go to 'Database -> Database Management'. Click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Reindex
2. Cluster
3. Vacuum/Analyze

After the housekeeping is complete rebuild the database cache via 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't resolve the problem please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with a zip of your current postgresql.conf file where a technician can review your files and follow up with you.

Why do you suggest us to do database managament, like its some local problem?
This issue came up clearly right after the latest PT4 update. My import time is literally 10x since that, no matter what sorcery i do with my database.
So can you just undo this glitch with a new update maybe?

Thanks but we would need more information about this as there are many different types of setups/hardware configurations so can you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. I have the same problem done the housekeeping and post housekeeping, done the cache rebuild but still the problem persists
