error messages on importing with stars

im getting the following errors when importing

No turn found for game #17436438892.

You need to install this patch:

I am getting the error on PTO too and the link appears to be for PT3. Does that work with Omaha?

Did you even go to the thread in the link to see what it says? It doesn't say anything about PT3:
