Pokerstars import not working

Hi


I've been using the tracker for about 6 months. Got a pokerstars update today & the tracker is not autoimporting hands for ring games. I'm playing 6 handed limit hilo if that helps.

Each time i start the tracker it gives the same message when it imports

Starting import, 5 files found...
Import Finished - 5 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.

After that each time i get

No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import.

If i restart the auto import it goes back & says 5 files read but 0 hands imported


Is it the update or something wrong with my database ?

I've run compact & repair but no difference

I can get a hand history from pokerstars and manual import ... tested this & it works but it is awkward as i have to read through the hand history looking for hands that go over the line length allowed by my webmail

Is PokerStars still set up to save your hands to the same folder?

If so, post one of that hands from one of the 5 files that aren't importing since their update.

Thanks for the reply. I went looking for the folder setting and found the problem. The last update reset a couple of my settings in the pokerstars client. One of the settings is the option "save my hand history". This is under "options" & "instant hand history options" in the main lobby. The folder was the same as i had always used the default but the client wasn't creating the file.

Not sure if this was just my PC or if you'll have the same problem with all users when they download the latest client.

I went looking as it changed a few other options like "block tournament annoucements". This is the first time i remember a sstars update resetting preferences to their defaults.

These recent PokerStars upgrade has made the same changes to my settings as well. Just needed to reset back to original settings and all was fine

Hi!

After recent update, PTO stopped importing hands from PS.

Importing ends with errors "no turn found for the game xxxx", and "no river found for the game xxx".

There´s something wrong with the Stars update...

They made another hand history change yesterday. Get this patch:

Heads up for people who keep getting error. I had to installe 3 times before the program updated to correct version from the beta patch.
