transferring databases between computers

Hi. I just changed my database from Access to postgre without problem.

Using access, whenever I wanted to transfer my databases from one computer to my other, I transferred hhdbo.mdb and ptracko.mdb to the other computer.
Now that I'm running postgre, which files will I need to transfer over?
