I recently purchased PT2 and have been having troubl actually importing the hands that i am playing. i am running 1 table and press the start timer button but every time it fires it is saying that no new hands have been imported. i currently run vista but it is running as administrator so not sure what i am doin wrong. it worked fine when i had the trial version but not sure why it is not working now. i play at FTP.

Did you checked the path inside PT2 to FTP?

Is FTP still writing HH files to the place you have configured in PT2?

You have to be running ALL your poker software as administrator, not just Poker Tracker. See this FAQ
