ipoker/ pt randomly doesnt record some hands/gets them wrong

Im not sure whether this is a recent problem in my database, but ive just discovered it and im alittle worried that this means my database has alot of incorrect information in it.
Anyway heres the problem which is probably easiest explained with an example:
GAME #929758044: Texas Hold'em NL $1.00/$2.00 2008-04-10 13:09:40
Table Curtis
Seat 1: SandraTeaser ($155.00 in chips)
Seat 5: brute666 ($375.80 in chips)
Seat 6: McFlurre ($200.00 in chips)
Seat 8: Nsweeny ($232.65 in chips) DEALER
Seat 10: 3position ($215.35 in chips)
3position: Post SB $1.00
SandraTeaser: Post BB $2.00
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to 3position [DA D10]
brute666: Fold
3position: Fold
SandraTeaser: Fold
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $11.00 Rake $0.00
Nsweeny: wins $11.00
In this hand i know i didnt fold the a10 suited hand and hence the recorded $1 loss in my pt database is incorrect. I have a few other hands like this too. When I try to replay this hand in the replayer it tells me 'could not determine seat number for player (Nsweeny)' I dont know if this helps with regards to the problem?
It also doesnt make sense that Nsweeny won $11 in this hand when everyone was ameant to have folded - according to this history.
Another problem I have also come across is some (not many) of the hands i played today have not been recorded in my poker tracker - including a hand where i lost my stack! As a result my sessions winnings as recorded in pt are totally out!
I would appreciate your help on this one.
