Hands from Pokerstars can't be imported with the following reasons:
File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from.
what's the problem?

Click the help link at the top right corner of the PokerStars auto-import window and make sure you have the hands setup to be written in English as detailed there.
