Problems importing Ongame Hands

I have problems importing hands from the ongame network
Pokertracker reads the hands as usual, but errors when trying to import.
How do I fix this?

It would be pretty helpful to me to know what the errors were so I had some idea as how to respond.

The error message is "unable to get game number xxxx"

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

I get the same issue : I installed the patch, and im still unable to load hands. But I got some different error message too :

PokerRoom database bug (incomplete hand history) found for game #1,000,000. You will have to manually request this hand from the PokerRoom web site.

Error - duplicate seats found for game #P4-63178574-386.
This error is usually indicative of the hand history information being improperly recorded in the PokerRoom (or skin) database file.

Error finding ANTE/BLINDS line for game #P4-63126232-545.

This indicates the PokerRoom database file you have PT importing from is corrupt.

Under the Statistics menu on the lobby window you need to select "Advanced" > "Create Statistics File". Give it a name and then it will start to use a different file than the one that is corrupted. In Poker Tracker, on the File/Auto-Import PokerRoom (and skins) Hand Histories window click the Configure Hand History Files button and tell PT about this new file. Note also that you can delete the pointer to the older db file so PT doesn't keep trying to look at that each time and continue giving errors.

I can import some hands from Ongame since Im on a couple of Ongame affiliates...but it freezes at one database...

"Database error - unable to connect to the database file c:/............."

I have Win XP

Which file is it giving this for? Which Ongame site. What is the exact error message? Doesn't it give some more description than this as to why it can't connect to that file?

You'll have to try to create a new [bxri]Betsson [/bxri]database.

I described the process to the other user about about how to do this.
