Errors Importing Hands

I've an errors messages when i import full tilt hand recently :

i ve tried to modificate Full tilt seats preferences but it s not good yet..

i ve recently re-downlaud PT version : 2.16.03.D and my key is not available but i don t think it s the problem..

From the FT lobby window select Options > Hand History from the menu.

On the hand history window, make sure that "English" is selected from the dropdown list in the "Hand History Language Selection" field.
