One Question

Postby Charging Bulll » Thu Mar 06, 2008 1:46 am

If I'm using pt2 with pahud and I sit down at a full ring $1/2 NL table on Full Tilt and it shows that I have 300 hands on a guy... are those 300 hands only at $1/2 full ring? Or does that sample size include hands I have on that guy playing 6max, or heads up? Or at a different limit?

And what stats am I seeing for myself? Only those since I sat down at the table, right? In other words, an opponent at a particular table who has stats on me may have me playing 25/22 over 500 hands, whereas the stats I'm seeing for myself could be 34/29 as I'm only seeing my stats for the current session. Is this correct?

That depends on whether you have set the option.
See Options / Preferences / Filters. There is a checkbox "Show stats from current limit only".
If you enable it, you will only get data from the current level - I *think* that includes full ring or 6-max if they are counted as separate levels in PT2. But also, there are filters on that same tab to set up Player Ranges, so that you only see stats from hands where there were a similar number of players. e.g. set levels 7 - 10; 3 - 6; 0 - 3. Then you the stats will be separate for full ring where there are more than 6 players, and 6 or less players.

Yes, your own stats on the HUD are only ever for the current session, but other players who have previous data on you could have different stats. The stats shown for you are to give you a guide of how "observant" but non-HUD-using players might see you.

How about cash games vs. tourneys or sngs? If I sit down at a cash game table with a player I have mtt and sng hands on, will it display the stats I have on him from those?

Cash game stats and tourney stats are stored separately, the stats are never mixed together.

Are sng and mtt stats stored together?

In other words, if I'm playing a sng and pahud shows I have 100 hands on a guy, could some of those be from mtts, some from turbo 45man sngs, some from normal single table sngs?

If I understand correctly, when I'm at a cash table ALL stats for a particular player will ONLY from cash games, correct?

Yes, MTT's and SNG's and any type of tournament are stored together.
