Ongame not showing stats

Everytime I try to open HUD + PT2 and Ongame I get a message " Unable to copy Ongame skin statictics file". What shoud I do here?

Are you using Vista?

I am using Xp not Vista. I am asking for friend who got his Hud from pokersavvy.com.

What is the product ID from the Help/About Poker Tracker window?
What program gives this error message? PT2 or PAHUD? There is no error message like this in PT2 that I see.
