Not Importing Players on Full Tilt

This evening I was playing at the Breakwater 5/10 LHE on FT. I had HH for 135 hands. When I look at the data and players showing, 2 players are missing from the data. They show up in the HH and on the Session Notes, but Player Stats are not present and I can't get them rated.

I even tried repairing the DB, purging the hands and reimporting the HH. These two players were not recognized. All other players on the table showed up. Each of these players had 50-100 hands so they should have appeared.

Any help would be appreciated because these were both fishy players.

Pat, thanks for the reply, but I already reset all the filters. These 2 players are just not in my database, and I can't figure why they are not getting in there. As I said, I repaired the database, removed the hand histories, reset the filters and reimported the histories. The players are not there.

Is there any way I can look at the underlying database to see if they got there?

Please explain this, where in Session Notes are you seeing them, what section there? Is this when you are looking at your own stats?
If you open the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window, are you able to find their name in the list there?

Thanks for the response. You steered me in the right direction. I was able to unhide all players in DB options and see these guys.
