pacific poker troubles

hi there,

i'm tring to import hands from pacific poker,i have handgrabber and it's telling me "Success - The import was a success! - 320 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."

it's seeing the hands in the folder but no hands are being imported into PT2. how can i fix this?

When I open the autoimport window for pacific and look at the Error messages it says: Error finding big blind in hand xxxxxxx

From my point of view it appears that the handgrapper is working fine, but maybe pacific has made some change to their handhistorys so the handgrapper needs to be updated maybe.?

Are you sure it hasn't already imported these hands?

Open the Pacific auto-import window. Click the Enable Logging box and start the timer.
Play some hands for about 10 minutes.
Then click the View Log link on the auto-import window and copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply.

Contact Idleminer support about this, their program is not putting player names in the hand histories correctly.

This text is from Nov. 2006

Click the View Log link. Right-click into the body of the file and choose "Select All" to highlight the entire text. Then hit the delete key to delete all the text and use the File > Save option to save the empty file.

Now, start the timer and play some hands again for 10 minutes then copy/paste the text of the log file again so I can see the most recent import information.

go to the C:\Program Files\Pacific Hand Grabber\History folder and open one of the hand history files there. Copy/paste the text from one of these files into a reply so I can see what it looks like.
