Cannot import hands from Fulltilt

I'm currently using PT with Fulltilt. Vista OS. I've followed the instruction to setup PT with Vista (ie. Run as Admin) I was able to successfully set up everything and imported about 25,000 hands. As of yesterday, PT can no longer import hand history from FT. When i look into the "C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\" it is completely empty even though I've just played at a few tables. In addition, since the hands are not being imported, the data at my Poker Hud is not updating as well. Please help.

You need to run ALL your poker software as administrator, not just PT. If you don't see any files there then it sounds like FTP is not running as admin. Vista should prompt you to cancel/allow the programs to run every time you start them. If it doesn't, they aren't running as admin.

Now that I've set all 3 programs (Fulltilt, PT, and Poker Hud) to run as Admin, how can I retrieve and import the hands that I played at Fulltilt when I was not running the program as Admin?

I have the same problem... I was using PT with FullTilt during month and all worked well(hands were importing corectly...) but till last 2(mb 3) days i can't import hands... The files are created in FT directory, PT reads them and i get error:

File Name:
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\LHS3C8.tmp

Error mesagre:
Unable to get the game level/limit...$0.05/$0.10 - No Limit Hold'em - 5:53:12 ET - 2008/03/20

From/Version:
AutoFTP (2.17.01b)

Plz help ) How to fix this problem?

Go to the c:\program files\full tilt poker\handhistory\[username] folder and click on the Compatibility Files folder. The files should be there, you can copy them back to the "real" hand history folder and then PT should reimport them the next time you run the auto-import window.

This sounds like a regional settings issue, see the FAQ

I looked that thread:
"If it doesn't prompt you, open the Utilities > Regional Settings window and click the "Yes, always change my settings each time I run Poker Tracker" box and click the OK button."

It was already setted there... PT earlier was working correctly...

I checked it again and get the same error as i described above...

Is there any other solution? mb i need reinstall PT?

You get this error with every single hand that you try to import?

What email did you use to purchase the program? I don't have a record of this one used for the forum.

I'm not shure - when i view the history file - there are more then one hand there
And i reciev many error messages when i press "Force Import"

I tested - there were 8 hands in file - i pressed "Force Import" and got 7 erors - i think it means that answer - yes! Each hand generate error..
