Pacific Poker Errors

I've been getting errors on Pacific Poker as listed below:-

C:\Program Files\HandGrabber\History\PCF_1_20080920_221336.txt
Error finding the big blind (1) for game #201793598.
Unexpected end of hand for game #201791763.

Hands haven't been imported correctly with players not being recognised and some winnings hands getting negative rake.

Are there any known issues?

These are problems with the HandGrabber program not correctly formatting the hand histories, not Poker Tracker. Please contact Idleminer support about these.

Patrick i contacted Idle Miner but didn't get the response i wanted. It was suggested that i revert back to the old Pacific Poker software which i didn't want to do, i should be able to use the up to date version. Then i was asked to install another version of handgrabber. Not sure whether its an old or new version. It didn't work anyway. Got the same problems.

Anyone out there having the same probems and have you managed to solve them. Please "HELP ME!"
