Need help with importing HH's, can't make it happen

Or at least, it's in the process of crapping out.

A few details: I use PT2 and PAHUD with Pokerstars.

Just recently the import feature basically stopped working. I import the hands, and it says "hand histories read with errors: zero files imported." It used to work fine, and yes I DL'ed the patch.

It says it can't find the time for the HH's? Does this mean I need to manually obtain the HH's from PS, and import them then? Why did it used to work normally and stop all of a sudden?

In addition, with PAHUD I am using the "memory scanner" option so that it picks up the current hands faster, instead of having to wait (it also reads the hands from the PT database, even if PT isnt open.......is this right, or is PAHUD itself saving the hands somehow and acting independently from PT2?) If so that would explain my main problem:

IT DOESNT DISPLAY HUD STATS FOR OVER HALF THE PLAYERS! I have it set to show after 15 hands, and some players I have hundreds of hands on, as well as at least a hundred from the current session, but there is no HUD stats around their name.........this is REALLY pissing me off, as it skews all the table stats because half (and sometimes almost everyone at the table has their stats brought up.....................

PokerAce reads the data in the PT database. If PT isn't importing hands then PokerAce isn't going to work either.

If you are using Vista, you need to make sure you are running all your poker software using 'run as administrator' as detailed in this FAQ

If that's not the issue, you need to click on the Help link at the top right corner of the PokerStars auto-import window and make sure you have PS setup to save the files to your hard drive and to make sure you are pointing PT to the right hand history folder as it details there.

Yes I am running it as admin in Vista.

It is looking in the correct HH file as well........remember it was working normally on all fronts last week or so, and now it is not importing the hands because It says it can't find the "game time"
