I mean did you enter the rates for the dates that were played. If you played on March 10 or March 11 did you enter the exchange rates for each of those dates?

It also shouldn't say N/A - what version of PT did you use to import these hands? What version are you using now?

I'm having the same problem, one thing I did figure out is if I enter the exchange rate for a single day, it works, but if I do a mass enter, nothing is updated.

Is it just me or does Mass enter only work for days in the future.

There is nothing in the mass enter logic that should be preventing you any prior date ranges. You need to be entering US date formats like MM/DD/YYYY though.

Nothing happens when I mass enter and press save. The fastest way I've found is to mass enter then add an additional number to each of the rates, then press save.

I've never seen this before and cannot reproduce it. If you click on the Mass Enter button and enter the start and end date range, in US format, then enter the numbers in both fields and click OK you are saying it doesn't do anything at all?

Yes, and I've tried it many times.

What values are you entering into each of the fields? You are just entering numbers into the GBP and EURO fields without entering any currency symbols, is that correct?

I'm entering something close to .505 and .63 without the symbol, and like I said it'll work fine if I enter them one at a time, or if I mass enter and change at least one digit for each day.

I don't understand what this means. What date ranges are you entering on the Mass Enter window that don't work?? There is a start and end date you must enter on this window, what are you using?
