no showdown

since the last stars upgrade i have not been able to get the showdown cards to be shown,i have downloaded the latest version 1.19.10 but this has still not solved the problem.
Any ideas?

sorry that is the version have downloaded i still cannot see the showdown cards,what do you think is the problem.

Do you still have them enabled in the Layout Manager?
Select mucked cards from the statistics dropdown list and make sure they are still shown.

Are you not seeing any showdown cards, or is it just mucked cards that are missing?
I'm seeing showdown cards at stars.

If you think you have everything set up right Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

from the layout manager i have (misc) mucked hands at showdown enabled.
when i play the hud on stars it goes to show cards but i see only like shadows in other words, its going through the motions of showing me the showdown cards but they are not shown face up,only face down.
I am not sure i am savvy enough to do the more complex part,but i will try.

Maybe your image file has been corrupted somehow - try re-installing (do NOT uninstall first).
