Full tilt stats not updating

Hi, my full tilt HUD looks like it is working for a while, then the stats just freeze. If I stop the auto import and start it again, the stats that I had missed whilst it was frozen are all displayed....but they freeze at that point again?? I left it for a while to see what happened and after about 15-20 minutes they updated, but froze again??

Any suggestions???

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing for one full orbit then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
