Not tracking properly

Ive been using PT3 for two days, after finally getting it working properly yesterday. Today its only tracking tables "when it feels like it." It tracks one table for 10 hands and stopped (i am playing on the table, not observing), and its not tracking the other table at all. The hand histories are cleary in the folder specified. I am running the software for both Pokerstars and PT3 as an admin. Is there an order I have to start them in, Im out of ideas and about fed up with this program.

In any event, the order of starting up the programs shouldn't matter. One thing we've seen though is that if you're on the table with someone using a '/' '\' '}' '{' '[' or ']' in their screen name the HUD may not update. It's on our list of bugs to fix, and since there's a 24 tabling guy whose name starts with /\ that might be one thing to look for.

Is the HUD not working, or are the hands not even importing?
