stats never change

hello, i use pah on ipoker, stats are on the table but they never change, i need to stop and restart pah to change them.
my version is 1.19.8. and i use pt2

Please enable logging (Tutorial: How to Create a Log File) and play for 30 hands on a single table while importing. Then please attach the PAHud.log file to a support request and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

I have encountered this same issue of the stats never updating. It only shows the data that is known when the software is started. I first started having this problem when I upgraded to Vista. I have resolved the problem by turning off the User Account Control. This is supposedly a security issue and I constantly receive warnings that I have the control off and should change the situation. The obvious question now is how do I get the stats to update while leaving the User Account Control on?

You need to run all your poker applications as Administrator.
Right click the shortcut and select 'Run As Administrator'. This is different to being logged in as an Administrator.

What site(s) are you playing at?
Are the hands importing correctly into PT2?
Do you have the correct databases selected in Options -> Preferences -> Databases -> Holdem?
Do you see the tables listed in the main PAH window?
Do you have the correct hand history folder configured in Options -> Preferences -> [site]?
