how to show stats under correct player when i use new party poker table?

Make sure you are using the latest PAH version 1.19.8, and use the Layout Manager to position your stats as you like.

Note that the new preferred seating option at Party is not yet supported so you will need to turn it off.

The new Party tables are pretty cool - FINALLY have buttons and slider that work really well.
I've modded the table and background darker for better stats view.

Any update on PAHUD for seat selection in sight?

Try Beta 1.19.10; it might fix that for you.
