PAHUD error message

Hi. Whenever I try to "configure popup stats" in the layout manager, PAHUD...and my whole computer...freezes for around 7 seconds. I then get the error message, "Can't load image from file C:/....Images_PNL_2_max_noimg.jpg: file does not exist." Should I reinstall PAHUD?

If so, just wanted to confirm that a reinstall keeps all my settings etc.

Yes, just stop PAH and install again over the top of your current installation - do not uninstall or delete anything.
