Problems with stats on Ongame (Scandic)

Postby Hopefull » Thu Mar 05, 2009 8:20 am

Hi.

I've used PT3 for a month or so, and from the early beginning I've problems with the stats every time I'm playing on Scandic (Ongame). The HUD stats on the table is very unstable - very often it won't appear on the tables. Often I must to restart PT3 severel times to solve the problem, and when I try to do that, the PT3 window often freezes when I try to shut it down the normally way.

How can I solve this problem?

Have you tried clearing the OnGame database? If you go into the auto import tab, then click OnGame on the left, then OnGame Configuration on the right and then click "Clear Databases Now" that will fix a lot of issues for players at OnGame sites.

Yes, I've have tryed that once before in the beginning of using PT3 - see here please: http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=17375&p=82449#p82449

But I will do that once again if you mean that maybe solve the problems. By the way, how often schould I do that if that solve the problem with Scandic, - I mean ... I've not played so many hands since the last time I cleared the Ongame database?

And, what happens when I'm clearing the OnGame database? - Am I loosing some data, or what?

Best regards

It just removes the data in the OnGame Hand History database, but that data is already in PT3 so you're not losing anything. You should probably reset the OnGame database after you finish each session. It shouldn't take long.
