flg_t_open_opp

heads up situation. a player moves all in on the flop and is called. so, there will be no more betting in the hand. my question is, for both players, flg_t_open_opp will be set to false, correct? (and flg_r_open_opp as well.)

Correct. In that hand neither player had a chance to open the turn as they were all in.
