in the defintion of cnt_vpip_sb, why is it necessary to say "omaha_hand_player_statistics.flg_blind_b = false"?

sum( if[omaha_hand_player_statistics.flg_blind_b = false AND omaha_hand_player_statistics.flg_blind_s AND omaha_hand_player_statistics.flg_vpip, 1, 0] )

Why wouldn't the following be sufficient?

sum( if[omaha_hand_player_statistics.flg_blind_s AND omaha_hand_player_statistics.flg_vpip, 1, 0] )

Yes that should be sufficient, but there's no real downside to the extra specification.
