problem constructing a line ... what I am missing?

Postby preparac » Sun Nov 14, 2010 7:01 pm

I do not understand why I get hands with the folowing denominator

sum(if[tourney_holdem_hand_summary.cnt_players_f = 2 AND tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_allin != 'F'

AND NOT(tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.flg_f_open_opp) AND tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.amt_f_bet_facing > 0 AND lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'C' AND NOT (tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.flg_t_open_opp OR tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.amt_t_bet_facing > 0), 1, 0])

As I understand it, this should count headsup hands where player
- called a bet on the turn (no allin) and then
- didn't have the opportunity to open the turn and didn't face ab et either

... so I would expect to get the result 0 for this column but this is not the case ... what I am missing?

Thank you for your help ....

lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'C' - he called a bet on the flop, not on the turn.

Sorry, my bad but (only in the text). The question of course stays:

As I understand it, this should count headsup hands where player
- called a bet on the flop (no allin) and then
- didn't have the opportunity to open the turn and didn't face ab et either

... so I would expect to get the result 0 for this column but this is not the case ... what I am missing?

?
thanx again

To confirm that you are getting what you want: tourney_holdem_hand_summary.cnt_players_f = 2 specifies that to place all the flop, not that it is a heads-up hand.

tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_allin != 'F' specifies that the player did not go all in on the flop, but not that they were not all-in elsewhere, or (more importantly here) that they didn't face an all-in.
This column will not rule out hands where the opponent was all-in on the flop. To exclude those check for:
holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_face_allin != 'F'

Yes, I wanted to tell this: two players saw the flop

Ok, I will check out this one ... could be the solution, I will check both (enum_allin != AND enum_face_allin !=) ...
thanx for the hint
