Display of total average stats in popup

Just wondering if it's possible to get the average stats of all the players of a type of cash/tournament game in my database to display in a HUD popup.

No, that isn't possible - you can only show stats from players currently at the table.
You would need to be that in a custom report. If you create a report in the Holdem Cash Player Statistics section and do not include the Player stat and untick the 'Filter on Active Player' option then it will show total stats for all players.
The stats will not change much from hand to hand, so there isn't really a need to have them in the HUD.
