MGR currency conversion

Is it possible to add a stat for MGR converted to the currency of the stakes you played? I've seen there's an option for amount won (global and native) but can't seem to find it for rake.

It should be possible, but I'm a bit rushed today and I don't have time to experiment just now. Have a look at how Amount Won (Global) is built (and how it is different from Amount Won).
If you can't work out how to make a new version of MGR or rake then Kraada or I will help you out when we have some time.
