For your first question, see the Tutorial: Aliases.

For your second question, you want to add a few filters (Tutorial: Filters): 2 players dealt into the hand (general tab), position off the button is 8 (that's always the BB, 9 is the SB), and Behind Limpers (on the Action tab). With the filters applied, look at your Hands tab and you'll see only data from hands you were in that situation.

That filter will show you when you face any steal and raise and you're in the BB. A steal can come from the cutoff, button or small blind.
To avoid times when the stealer 4-bets you can add a filter for "NOT Face 4 bet". Again, see the Tutorial: Filters for help with NOT.
To check that the opponent called rather than folded you can add a filter for "Saw Flop", which is on the Actions > Flop tab.

In the facing tab i don't see the " Not facing a 4bet".

Is it normal?

You need to add "face 4 bet" and then "NOT" it - see the tutorial for how to do that.

You can't tell the position of the "stealer" using the simple filters window, so you will need to do this in a custom report.
Add simple filters for the other situations (the General tab for number of players in the hand and position=8, and Facing tab for facing a steal) then add a custom filter like this:

holdem_hand_player_detail.val_p_raise_aggressor_pos = 9

The raise aggressor position is the position of the last player (other than the active player) to raise, so in this case you want 9 which is the SB.

See the Tutorial: Custom Reports and Statistics for how to add custom filters.

If you want to see individual hands then you will want to make your report in the Holdem Cash Hands section.
