How to determine the position of the first limper ?

Both of the raise-made-pct and raise-facing-pct database fields are percentages so are both 100% for pot size (or 150 in your example).
The amt-raise-made and -facing fields are absolute ($) amounts.

Seems to me that Legend is correct, two posts back, when he suggests that the left side of the equation need be multiplied by 100. Isn't he?

Yes, I think so - you could also divide the right side by 100 if you found it easier to do the math that way :)

I have this stat working properly for Pot Limit and No Limit, but for Limit it's giving me problems.

One thing I'm wondering:
For LIMIT HOLDEM hands, is holdem_hand_player_detail.val_p_raise_made_pct computed?

I can't imagine why it wouldn't be, but I don't have any limit holdem hands to test on personally.

If you could attach a session to a support ticket with some limit hands that aren't working properly for you, we'll gladly investigate further.
