Software caused connection abort

Postby Cruzerthebruzer » Wed Jun 11, 2008 11:21 pm

When trying to setup a new database or do anything with older databases I get the error 'Reason: could not receive data from server: Software caused connection abort (0x00002745/10053)'

Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks for your product,

Did your databases work before? What OS are you using?

I don't use Vista. I use XP Professional Edition.

As soon as I registered Poker Tracker 3 and started fiddling around with things I thought 'Software caused connection abort' could mean my firewall and it had been getting laggy lately. So I decided to try to reinstall it, and all hell broke loose, and I ended up reformatting my computer, so I think my PT3 will work now.

I just registered PT3 on the same computer but after reformatting, does that count as my second use of the key?

I apologize for you having to answer my post in other locations, wasn't sure where to put it and wanted to put it on 2+2 as well.

Thanks in advance,

The Bruzer.

No, re-use of the key on the same computer is fine and only counts once.
