Every Error there is...

I've installed and uninstalled Pokertracker 3 and PostgreSQL I would say at least 5 times now. I think I've got just about every error that is listed in this forum from:

Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3 Beta DB1
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

to the:

Failed to run initdb: 1!
Please see the logfile in 'C:program
files\postgresql\8.3\tmp\initdb.log'
Note! you must read/ copy this logfile before u click ok,
or it will be automatically removed.

to my favorite... the "rollback."

And I have followed "_dave_'s instructions" and "manually download and install PostgreSQL 8.2.7"
and they all seem to lead me around in a circle.

Can anyone help? Will I ever just be able to download and install PostgreSQL?

Finally got it working. I had to manually download postgresql, remove PT3 with postgresql, reboot computer, then reinstall PT3 without postgresql.

So will we be able to enter the code we purchased after May 15th or am I missing the spot to enter it?

Yes, on May 15th, when the commercial version is released, you will be able to enter your code via Help->About.
