Juicy Stakes (Revlution) issues

Since setting up an account on Juicy Stakes (Revolution) I have ad some trouble with the tracker. After configuration it appears to work fine and import with "Get hands while playing" and I can see all of the hands on that screen as they go in. However, when I go the the "Views Stats" screen it acts as if I haven't been playing at all since I started on Revolution.

Also, it does not seem to get players mucked hands when they lost showdowns on revolution, can this be fixed?

Do you have your Revolution name chosen in the Player drop down on the View Stats page? You'll need to pick that player for your stats to be seen. It's also possible you have the right player picked but you have a filter - anything that's in blue in the sidebar, please change it so that it's not in blue and that could fix things for you.

If the mucked cards are not written to the hand history file, there is unfortunately nothing we can do in those cases, and it sounds like hands are otherwise importing so that's likely what is going on here.

No problem! You can combine your names together by clicking the small player icon near the name drop down to create an alias linking your two names if you so desire - then you can see your results combined!
