Fifty50 import bug v3.14

I am using trial version of PT3 (v.3.14) for about two weeks and the import of F50 sng's was ok until now. After finishing SOME tournaments I see "O" as my final position and 0$ win altough I ended up in the first paid half. When I try manual import the only thing which changes is the won amount from O$ to 1.39$ (which is the standard fee without rake) but it still doesn't solve my problem. As a result, statistics are quite disorted and it would be annoying to enter certain results manually all wroung imported sng's.

EDIT: I found out that PT doesn't recognise the type of tournament (just N/A) )of some F50 sng's and it shows that all players won 0$.

Please make sure you have PokerStars set to save your tournament summaries and PT3 looking in the directory where they are saving - that should fix the winnings information. For any other tournaments that are not properly detected, please attach the original hand history and summary files to a support ticket and we'll make sure to look into it for you.

Thank you for your quick response. I didn't set ps to save summaries. Hope that will solve the problem
