Stats dont appear in the hood corectly

Hello! Sorry for my bad english. Some of my imported stats in hood for example 3bet IP vs ... 3bet OOP vs... doesnt show corectly. For example for one players it show normal at all lines and for others dont (- ). I dont understand why. I have already download the latest version and made housekeeping, same effect.

Have you updated your cache since importing these statistics? That is needed in PT3 in order to keep everything running smoothly.

Just run Rebuild Cache. Hope it helps. I am using PT4, sorry missread

If that doesn't help, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.
