HUD not working, hands not being tracked

I am playing on Sportsbook.ag and I set up my hand histories to be saved and configured PT3 (version 3.13.13) as it says to do in the FAQ. But nothing is being tracked. And the HUD isn't appearing. It says it's importing the hand txt files from the folder I designated when I click auto-import but I'm just getting nothing and don't know what to do.

Please make sure you have hand histories set to save in your poker site as explained here - if they weren't saved that would give you the behavior you're describing.
