HUD Bug/Issue? Displays behind PS client

Postby Pokerupt » Fri Jan 04, 2013 11:02 am

I recently got the PokerTracker 3 app for my Mac running OSX 10.8.2 and for the past 2 days, I have been struggling to get the HUD to work.. The HUD goes behind the PS Client, and I am also unable to adjust/align the labels for each player, like in Poker Copilot. I have attached the screenshot. Can someone please help? I opened a support ticket but no one from PT replied so far.

Are you using Preferred Seating or "Sit Me Here"? If you're using the latter you will need to stop - we do not support that function. If the former, please see this tutorial for information on how to configure Preferred Seating properly.

I just double checked. I am using "Preferred Seating" and I went to the suggested link, but the PT configuration already is the same.
The HUD is displaying behind the PS client, its "stuck" to the Desktop, instead of the PS Table. Also, I am unable to move/relocate the "PokerTracker HUD" layer.

Any help?

Are you running your table windows on a secondary desktop? We have a known issue with the Hud going behind table windows in that case.
See this thread for more information.

That worked. Thank You. :)
I think you should still check with your developers to work on the update to fix the HUD for multiple desktops. I have been using Poker Copilot for the last year and half and it works flawlessly on multiple desktops.

However, I am unable to relocate the labels under each player (preferably, drag and drop like in Poker Copilot). Are the stat labels fixed and only aligned for a "particular theme"? If yes, can you please give me the name of the theme?

Thanks for confirming. We have this issue in our system to be investigated, although I don't yet know what will be possible.

To move the Hud stats in PT3 right-click-drag them (or however you have configured secondary click on your Mac).
Be sure to PT-icon > Save Layout once you have them where you wan them.
