Hud Appears and dissapears

Hi, My HUD used to work goon on the Ipoker Speed poker tables but one day it dissapeared on the end of one hour session. i restarted my computer, did another session of about 40 minutes and it dissapeared again.

Restarted again but this time it didn't appear at all. Some days passed and i connected again Ipoker and It was working. I played 1 hour, closed and opened tables again. This time it was appearing at 1 or 2 tables but dissappearing and appearing again in a random way.

How could I solve it?

PD: The HUD works well in Pokerstars.

What version of PT4 are you currently using?

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.
