Upgrade

Hello i've just upgraded from micro stakes to full at poker tracker 3.I payed just 20 min ago but the software only works until 25$.So what can i do?Should i delete it and installit again ?

I see the upgrade having gone through our system. Have you restarted PT3 since upgrading? If not you'll want to do that so that it realizes the full stakes have been unlocked for your code.

Of course i did i even restarted my computer.

That's strange.

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.

Ok i restarted the software with enable logging, but i still the only have option in the filters window until 25 $.So what can i do what can i give you so you can help me.Should not be in the filters menu all the stakes?

The Filters menu only shows the stakes that you have imported hands from. Have you tried playing while importing at any higher stakes yet? That's what will work and then the Filters window will adjust to match whatever data you have in your database - if there are no hands at $200NL there's no point in having a filter for it . . .
