Import fails after a while

I have a problem configuring auto import. The first 5-10 minutes it works fine with the hud and everything, but 5-10 minutes later it fails to track every hand. It solves the problem when i restart pokertracker, but appears again 5-10 minutes later.

What version of PT3 are you currently using? What site are you playing at? Do you receive any error messages?

Current version is v 3.13.10 beta. Im playing at pokerstars. I receive information that it hasn't been able to locate tourney summaries. And after playing for 5-10 minutes, i get an error message for every hand.
