Mac: PostgreSQL Database Error in 3.13.11 BETA

Mac 10.8.2

I installed 3.13.11 BETA as requested the other day, all worked somewhat well enough. There was a delay in the HUD starting, sometimes not starting at all so I would shut PT down and reopen, this made the HUD come up as normal. I figured it was just a bug in the Beta.

Now today, I fire up PokerStars and PT 3.13.11 BETA and am given a notice to configure PostgreSQL Database. OK I click CREATE and am met with:

Unable to create PostgreSQL database....

So I download and reinstall version 3.12.1 hoping this would fix the issue, same notice pops up.

So now what am I to do?

Open Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal and at the terminal paste in this:

sudo su postgres -c '/Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/bin/pg_ctl -D /Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/ restart'

and hit enter. Enter your Mac password (it won't show *s but it is working) and hit enter.

Then try again.
