the hud no longer works on pokerstars.be
i use the latest version v3.13.9
it still worked two days ago
i tried reinstalling

the previous version works fine though
i am using that one again

Do you mean that it used to work with 3.13.9 but now it doesn't?
That suggests a PokerStars update and in order to allow us to fix it please report your problem so that we can see what is going wrong.
