Hi, I play MTTs and on almost every occasion I import a tournament the field size is wrong. My finish place is normally correct so I can't understand why the field size is so far out.

Any ideas?

Do you have PokerStars set to save your tournament summaries in Options --> Tournament Summary Options? If not you want to turn that on and if you do have it on make certain that the directory shown there is added to the PokerStars Configuration tab so that PokerTracker knows about those summaries.

I did not! Have now done so however I notice the destination folders on PokerStars are different.

For the Tournament Summary Options the address is C:\Users\fish\AppData\Local\PokerStars\TournSummary but for the Instant Hand Histories it is C:\ProgramFiles\PokerStars\fish\handhistory\

Shouldn't these be the same and if I need to change one which one should it be?

Now PokerTracker is not working at all.

The folders can be separate, that's fine. Just make sure that PT3 is configured to import from both folders. The "auto detect" button should set that up automatically under Auto Import > PokerStars Configuration, but otherwise you can add the folder manually.

Can you explain what you're having a problem with now?
