Import Errors on Merge

I have been playing poker on Windows using Parallels but I wanted to try to setup my Pokertracker on the Mac side and play poker on just Mac OS. I downloaded and installed the latest version 3.12.1 and I am getting import errors. I am playing on Carbon Poker.

I don't know what to do. I tried searching for a resolution and I found a lot of threads but none of them mentioned any solutions.

Okay, I got the import working correctly. I THOUGHT that I updated to the latest version but I really didn't. I have just updated from 3.12.1 to 3.13.9 and imports are silky smooth.
