Poker4You and Poker Tracker

Hi,

Just got the trial version and I cannot seem to get it to work for Poker4You. I thought it was an Ongame Network but when I manually imported the hands it said it was on the Winning Game Network. Also it shows in the details that the hands were imported yet nothing shows up, I did notice that in the hand history they are saved as dhh files, I do not even know what that is. Has anyone ever gotten Poker Tracker to work with Poker4You? Thanks in advance.

I can't see for sure what network Poker4You is on, but .dhh and .phh files are written by sites on the Winning or Enet networks. Enet have updated their software recently and the new software is not yet supported, but if the hands imported that should be OK.

Have you selected the correct screenname from the Player List on the left?
Also check that you don't have any filters enabled which may prevent your hands being shown - click "Clear" in the top right.

If you still don't see your name or hands please compress the hand history files from one of your sessions (both the .dhh and .phh files) and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can check them out.
